The form lands in the inbox and the list you already use.
- A message from the site arrives by email.
- The same details go to one list, such as a Google Sheet.
- Those accounts stay in your name.

Hosting, only if the page has nowhere to live
We keep the page on our server. You point the domain to us. The registration stays at your registrar, in your name. You can stop any month: we send the files, and you point the domain somewhere else.
What stays yours
- The domain registration, in your name, at the registrar you already use.
- The page files, once the work is done.
- Your email, your sheet, and any other account. We use access for the setup. You can remove it after.
Outside these prices
- Buying or renewing the domain. You pay the registrar. A typical renewal is about $15 to $20 a year.
- Hosting you already pay for. The $19 applies only when you have no host.
- A shop, a booking system, or a long site. That is a separate price, in writing, before work.
- Ads and other marketing.
What we need from you
- The domain in an account you can open.
- If we host the page: you add the DNS records we send. We tell you which ones.
- What the business does, a phone number, an address, and the email where inquiries should go.
- Photos, if you have them. A page can go up from the text alone.
How you pay
- We confirm the price by email before we start.
- Repair and automation: the full amount when we start.
- A website: half when we start, half when it is on your domain.
- The invoice comes by email.
- Small text changes in the first 14 days are included. After that, a change is $75.
